As we are living in the most incredible region for food and wine, we really focus on minimal interference to incomparable produce. The seasons dictate our menus, so our guests really are experiencing as fresh as it can be. With a focus on sustainable practices, be it from our hero’s on the farms to our humble kitchen garden we aim to let everything on the plate shine through, to give you a little taste of our beautiful Barossa.
Our curated menu features a diverse range of local produce, all designed to share and enjoy. Showcasing our talented Head Chefs signature moves.
Featuring local heroes such as “The Deer Farm” Birdwood Venison, local Berkshire pork, SA wild caught seafood, our signature house baked bread, vegetables grown right here in our kitchen garden, we can cater to all dietary requirements, let us know!

Come and be surprised by our Gin Bar which features around 40 Gins – give or take depending on the time of the year! Our Gins are sourced locally, intrastate, interstate and international………….well worth a visit just for the gin bar. We showcase some amazing small batch gins each unique and remarkable. Whether you prefer a London dry or a gin bursting with botanical flavours, we have you covered.
We love supporting all things local, so local craft beers and ciders, our wine list focuses on local wine makers, the little producers… producing big wines, styles and flavours. Also some international labels the varieties matching the varieties of the Barossa, so a little bit of fun to try world wide wines also.
Did you say where is the cocktail list? No problems, Our manager loves all things cocktails and is shaking up a storm, just ask for your favourite or let us create it for you.
Breakfast
Start your day right with a buffet Continental breakfast Monday through to Friday or enjoy a cooked breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Experience what the Barossa has to offer, with House baked bread and ingredients from local suppliers and our own garden. Take in the magnificent views as you eat your breakfast, gazing upon our gardens and afterwards, go for a relaxing walk amongst the flowers. Want to bring a group for a lovely breakfast on the deck? Functions
We specialise in conferences and functions. Function and events, whether large or small, formal or more casual, are individually designed and meticulously executed at Lyndoch Hill. With a range of unique spaces for functions including boardroom, Barossa Chateau, Restaurant and the large rose garden.
Professional staff provides unique service and understand that attention to detail is important to the running of your event. Available for functions from 12 to 200 guests, day or evening or for an event with a difference, high tea and champagne.
