This classic Indian dish has been Barossafied, by the kitchen at Lyndoch Hill. You will receive a hearty spread of Butter Chicken, using free range chicken, locally sourced Fleurieu Peninsular yogurt and mild spices. We’ve made our own flatbread, which we cook over charcoal, to bring a smokiness to the dish. Included is a minted yogurt, fragrant rice, garnishes and poppadoms to complete your meal. We recommend you pair it with Ministry of Beer’s Barossa Blonde, A Creed “Wild Child” Riesling or Greenock Brewery Victorville. Pick-up from Lyndoch Hill, or we can bring it to you.
