Our Beef Bourguignon is local beef, slowly cooked with Barossa Shiraz, our own beef stock, carrots, onions, garlic and garden herbs picked from our garden. Served with a creamy mash potato, this dish is perfect for a cold night at home………..not to mention paired with a Dark Ale or Red Wine!
